Excellent analytical skills along with strong working experience with Microsoft applications, with a particular strength in Access and Excel.
Facilitates new customer service enrollment. Work cross-functionally to ensure a positive onboarding experience.
Manages, tracks, and escalates key milestones and deliverables to ensure customer expectations are met.
Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience
Candidate should have prior hands-on knowledge of client onboarding.
