Insa Cannabis Dispensary Store Manager Jobs

Manage daily financial reporting requirements and oversee all cash handling procedures.

Manage and supervise the activities of dispensary staff and make recommendations or decisions regarding hiring, discipline, termination, or advancement of employees.

Communicate any patient incidents or complaints to the Store Manager, Regional Dispensary Manager, or Compliance team.

Must meet minimum age requirements as determined by local, state, and federal requirements

Must complete background check as required by local, state, and federal requirements

Administer routine inspections to maintain the accurate inventory of all cannabis products.

Assigns daily operational responsibilities and tasks and sets expectations for store team members and floor managers.

Develops and delivers performance management for direct supervises.

Strong leadership skills, ability to build and manage teams.

Monitors and analyzes the customer service provided by team members. Offers feedback and coaching.

Greets customers and offers assistance with products and services.

Ensures that store/grounds are clean and presentable; manages repair and maintenance; responds to emergencies.

Proficient computer skills required; POS software and cash management experience required

High school diploma or GED required/Bachelor’s degree in business management or hospitality preferred

Manages dispensary recruiting process with assistance from Human Resources; creates orientation and training procedures for new hires and schedules training shifts

Previous retail, hospitality, and/or customer service experience required

At least 5 years of leadership experience required, preferably in a high-volume retail environment

Fluency with Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel; knowledge of pivot tables and basic formulas required
