Develops the innovation strategy for MMS Supply Chain Management (automation and commercialization)

Leads and facilitates process improvement activities and develops decision-making frameworks and change management strategies to implement process improvements.

Process – Develop and manage the automation portfolio roadmap in line with business strategy, user needs, and market trends.

Formulates strategies into well-articulated transformation initiatives, tangible benefits, and scalable business outcomes and leads the implementation of these initiatives.

Experience leading strategic, project management teams focused on launching new business ventures, opening new regions and/or that involve complex systems.

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, information systems, industrial engineering, or related field required. Master’s degree preferred.

Excellent communication skills, focused especially on the customer experience.

Provide solutions by exercising elevated levels of influencing, negotiation, and communication skills. Be initiative-taking and address issues when they show.

Strong collaboration and leadership skills

Ability to be flexible while able to drive for results, even when all of the requirements have not been defined.

Minimum 5 years’ experience in Project Management for Consumer Products

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering- Operations Management- Food Science- Chemistry- or another related field

Minimum 3 years’ experience in Basic Marketing/Finance Principles

Minimum of 10 years combined experience in manufacturing- business development or HQ business team experience.

Minimum 3 years of Plant Manufacturing experience

Lead and/or participation in various stakeholder governance forums (i.e.- Stage gate/Leadership teams)

And understanding of requirements gathering, data analysis, and process specification, validation and management practices

And in-depth understanding of organizational data flow and its use in management decision-making

The Project Management Lifecycle and the Software Development Lifecycle

Performs needs assessments on existing business process techniques, statistics; alternative delivery systems; information requirements analysis; design techniques, principles, tools and instruments

Strong Instructional Design and eLearning development experience

5+ years of relevant experience

Expert with authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Storyline, and Rise

Fast while producing high quality output

BA/BS degree in communication, journalism, marketing, technical writing, or related field is preferred.

Demonstrated project management skills and the ability to work in virtual teams

3 - 5 years of experience in Supply Chain (planning, sourcing, production, inventory and/or distribution).

Possesses strong mathematical skills and is able to analyze large amounts of complex data to formulate conclusions and recommendations

Demonstrated strong verbal, written and presentation communication skills

Working knowledge of higher level analytical and reporting tools (SmartSheets, Minitab, Google data studio, Tableau, Domo or similar)

Experience with databases and SQL language
