Preferred previous work experience in a manufacturing environment that utilizes injection molding for production of rubber or plastic parts.

Prioritizing mechanical repairs that align with the priorities from the production meetings with Engineering and Operations

Making adjustments and needed repairs on Injection Molding machinery and any ancillary equipment in order to ensure safety and efficiency.

Experience with design of experiments, gauge repeatability and reproducibility, and process qualifications

Experience defining production data requirements and statistical process control

Experience working with and defining requirements for ERP, MRP and MES systems

Identify automation opportunities and establish requirements as well as evaluating return on investment for each

1+ years of experience from industry or participation in collegiate engineering or research projects

Previous experience leading team of high performing engineers and/or specialists

Own and manage engineering drawings of critical mold components

5+ years of experience as a designer

Extensive knowledge of standard mold components

Experience with hot runner systems

Knowledge of mold flow analysis

Experience with multi-shot, compression and other tooling

Enhances team efficiency by training and directing the training of less experienced personnel as designated by the Molding Team Leader.

High school diploma or equivalent education.

5-8 years of experience in manufacturing preferably in food or beverage manufacturing.

3 years of experience in an injection molding facility as a technician.

Electrical wiring experience and some knowledge of how PLCs, sensors, and other electrical components are wired and work

Manage supply chain of raw materials through research of polymers, trading cost and lead time

Create and manage die spare parts lists and ensure parts are set up and in stock prior to start of production

Create and manage die PM system, including detailed work instructions and manage on schedule completion of PM activities

2+ years injection molding experience in a production environment

3+ years of experience troubleshooting and programming 6-axis and Cartesian robots in plastic molding cells

You will develop flexibility and multi skills with training, participate in suggestion program, fulfill requirements of formal interviews (Appraisals, Career)

You are a highly skilled Process Engineer with Molding experience and able to take ownership with technical decisions when required

You will participate in the established procedures to ensure compliance with the requirements of roadmaps.

You have at an Associate Degree-or enough related experience with 3 to 5 years in Production preferably with automotive experience

You have experience in at least 1 of the following types of injection molding machines: Milacron/Engel/Krass Maffei

You have good communication skills and are able to fluently speak to outside vendors

Excellent organizational skills and attention to details

Support tooling trials at various vendors and process validation and qualification upon tool arrival

1+ years of experience working in either automotive, military, or manufacturing environment

Experience creating & maintaining a positive atmosphere in a collaborative work team

New product line launch experience a plus

Setting up injection molding machines, dryers, and mold peripherals

5 years' experience as injection molding process technician.

Familiar with all aspects of injection molding machines, decoupled molding techniques, and knowledge of engineering grade resins.

Develop and improve accuracy of the injection molding machines and processes.

Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.

Assist with new mold samples and assist in the creation of full documentation on all processing parameters.

Meets with the Shift Supervisor and other Process Technicians to discuss all issues relating to the shop floor.

Electrical wiring experience and some knowledge of how PLCs, sensors, and other electrical components are wired and work

Work closely with product design engineering teams to define requirements

5+ years plastic injection molding experience in a production environment

7+ years plastic injection molding experience in a production environment

Strong skills in troubleshooting with scientific, Paulson or RJG processes

Comprehensive knowledge and thorough understanding of robotics and auxiliary equipment used with plastics Injection molding machines

Required Skills / Experience / Education:

Manufacturing environment work experience especially in Injection Molding a plus

Self-motivated with ability and desire to learn new skills.
