Experience in Optiva systems an advantage

Manage relationships across region and global teams in the Savory category.

Product development experience in Savory category application segments (e.g., sauces, dressings).

Ingredient Knowledge of starches, hydrocolloids and other texturizers, specialty sweeteners and plant-based protein.

Ability to coach and build team capabilities.

Technical skills with the ability to act as SME

Grow and develop a team of technical professionals.

Network with key stakeholders throughout the organization (R&D, Manufacturing, Sales, Finance, etc.) to both manage the work and ensure effective buy-in.

Organizational Development and People Management

Select, coach, train, and manage career development of direct reports.

Manage Brand Managers and ABMs to deliver objectives.

Strong professional background with 6+ years brand and marketing experience (within CPG, preferably Tier 1 Organization)
