Information Technology Sales Account Manager Jobs in Iowa

Provide educational support to the broader EXAS account team regarding HIT existing capabilities and emerging trends/implications.

Support and comply with the company’s Quality Management System policies and procedures.

Align EXAS HIT capabilities with customer EHR capabilities to appropriately and compliantly advance CRC screening rates.

Align Exact Sciences HIT capabilities with customer E.H.R. capabilities.

10+ years of experience working in health information technology, marketing, or commercial field.

Basic computer skills to include Internet navigation, Email usage, and word processing.

Organization is a key component, having strong individual management skills

Outstanding organizational and time management skills

Having knowledge of CRM tools, and prior Hubspot experience is a bonus!

Ability to interact in a fast-paced, challenging environment, and with all levels of management

Manage assigned accounts to ensure high client satisfaction ratings and retention and work toward full-service line adoption.

Must have a working knowledge of Outlook, Calendar, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Establish regular meetings with specific customer management to support successful campaigns

Lead and manage the account campaigns for the specific product line.

Build strong customer relationships to enable establishment of strategic relationships for Mentor in product / technology

Serve as the key field resource to summarize competitive threats and opportunities

Collect and communicate customer feedback, competitive information, and general field intel
