Industrial Design Lead Jobs in Ohio

7+ years of post-graduate, professional design experience. Ideally, some experience leading/mentoring designers.

Good mechanical and structural aptitude, and knowledge of various materials and their associated manufacturing processes.

Strong sketching and 2D communication skills

SolidWorks, OnShape, Rhino, Sketchbook Pro, Adobe skills are a big plus

Support designers to be the best that they can be.

Bring amazing aesthetic and technical solutions to rider’s needs.

Some Solidworks or other solid modeler (Fusion 360, Pro-E, Seimens NX etc) experience required

Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator experience required, MS PowerPoint experience a bonus

Experience or demonstrated interest in rapid prototyping / model shop environment

Attention to detail, excellent problem solving and communication skills

2D and 3D concept & form development through sketching and CAD (Solidworks)

Evaluate and create 3D CAD models in Solidworks, create product renderings and images

10+ years of professional design experience

Strong sketching skills, with priority on rapid visualizations over detailed sketch-renderings.

Experience participating in end-user research and prototype testing to inform and validate your designs.
