Individualized Care Coordinator Jobs

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities And Other Characteristics

Assists special education staff with IEP process documentation including parent notification and follow-up to meetings.

Utilizes the special education software to prepare related documentation.

Makes copies of IEP’s for review and use by special education, regular education teachers and parents.

Maintains special education files and materials of instruction in an orderly manner.

One (1) year recent office, clerical, and/or administrative experience preferred;

Manage workload of inbound faxes (if applicable)

Basic computer knowledge, Microsoft systems

Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid and Commercially insured payer common practices and policies, preferred

Responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, with ability to determine needs and provide one call resolution

Create and complete accurate referrals and applications and keep updated on policy or procedural changes
