Detailed Job Description:

IDD Caregivers are responsible for providing care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This includes assisting with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and eating, as well as providing companionship and emotional support. IDD Caregivers also help to promote independence and self-sufficiency by teaching life skills and providing assistance with medical appointments and other activities. They must be able to work independently and as part of a team, and must be able to handle challenging behaviors in a positive and professional manner.
