Manage and develop HVAC staff, including setting work priorities, conducting staff meetings, coaching, mentoring, and training staff.

Has the ability and willingness to learn the industry standards and practices, including product details and company services offered.

Develops working knowledge of industry regulations, restrictions, and laws and ensures service department adheres to all rules.

Experience with a residential home service company

Successful experience in HVAC management, operations, sales and leadership.

Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash-flow management.

Support employee communication with the management team.

Ensure the sales team actively utilizes CRM for contact information, sales activity, opportunities, and pipeline management.

Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.

Solid understanding of financial management.
