At least two years of professional experience in an administrative capacity, preferably in higher education
Assists HR managers with employee communications of all kinds; may prepare materials, conduct orientation sessions, or update web pages
Prior training and recruiting experience a plus but not required
Strong written and spoken communication skills
Demonstrated strong customer service skills
