• Develop and implement human resources policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Manage employee relations and performance management
• Provide guidance and support to employees and managers
• Develop and maintain safety programs
• Monitor safety compliance and investigate safety incidents
• Develop and maintain employee training programs
• Manage employee benefits and compensation
• Develop and maintain employee records
• Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new employees
