Review, guide, and facilitate management recommendations for employment terminations

Maintain department records and reports IAW Surefox and regulatory requirements

Supervise the creation and revision job descriptions; supervise the job offer process

Monitor and advise managers and supervisors in the progressive discipline process of the company

Oversee PTO and Sick Leave based on Company requirements and approved policies

Review and reply to high volume email correspondence from employees regarding compensation, benefits, and other facets of their employment

Data Management:Ensure accurate and confidential documentation of all helpline communications, including call details, interventions provided, and any follow-up actions taken.

Reporting:Prepare regular reports on helpline performance, call volume, and trends for presentation to management and stakeholders.

Learn best practices in research conduct and management

Demonstrated expertise in crisis management, overdose prevention, substance use, and mental health issues.

Prior experience in overdose detection or response, crisis intervention, suicide prevention, or related fields is preferred.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations or related discipline or equivalent experience/training

Partner with Project Management Lead to build project plan and provide updates to progress, risks, and backlog.

3+ years of experience with ServiceNow HRSD product.

Ability to create clear requirements and partner closely with technical teams.

5+ years of experience supporting HR Operations initiatives/programs that focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Execute deliverables aligned to the ServiceNow HRSD roadmap.

Develops, administers, coordinates, and manages the HHSA Employee Engagement program, Recognition Program

Delivers presentations, facilitates topics and performs training/outreach to county employees at all levels

Background Process begins week of May X, 2023. (Current County employees may be excluded from this process.)

Pre-employment Medical Screening: Approximately 3 days following successful background investigation results.
