2+ years specific experience working at General Officer level staff in current or future operations section

Experience working on a Joint Staff

Major Subordinate Commands (MSC)/Major Subordinate Element (MSE) experience

Maintain a collaborative partnership and negotiate effectively with internal colleagues, including Field Team, Marketing, Operations, and Finance

1-3 years related work experience, preferably working in the beauty or fashion industry

Strong MS Office application skills, including Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to convey complex information to a broad audience in a simple manner

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously

· Focus on Omni assortment, while isolating meaningful variants for customer groups

· Tracking assortment plan against targets during assortment planning cycle

· Partner with Merchandising and Planning teams to continuously improve process and compliance

· Help simplify and automate processes that are easily repeatable, and value driven

Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

The qualified candidate will have exposure to senior leaders while gaining in-depth knowledge of the expense management function supporting International Insurance.

Support PII’s cash management process as needed

Assist with various ad-hoc requests for Senior Management

Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and priorities under tight deadlines

Partner with Finance Shared Services (FSS) and external strategic service provider (EXL) on ongoing expense planning and reporting

Monitor and manage expenses for assigned departments/initiatives

Texas: Engineer – In Training Certification.

Experience using data and creating projections related to land use, development, population, employment, water demand, and/or wastewater flow.

Experience with quantitative data collection, cleaning, and analysis methods and tools.

Experience using ArcGIS for to create, edit, analyze, and visualize geospatial data.

Experience building collaborative relationships with diverse individuals, groups, and work units for successful project or program implementation.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or equivalent experience

Responsible for creating and publishing mainline and regional fleet plans and related reporting (aircraft counts and statistics, capital requirements, etc.)

7 years of experience in leadership roles, with at least 5 years of overseeing analytical functions in the airline/transportation industry
