Prior experience executing D&I talent initiatives preferred.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Prior Applicant Tracking System (e.g., Greenhouse) experience preferred.
Identify, plan, and implement employee (individual and group) training and development programs and resources.
Create learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.
