Detailed Job Description of Human Resources Internship:

The Human Resources Intern will assist the HR team with a variety of tasks. This includes but is not limited to:

• Assisting with recruitment activities such as posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
• Assisting with employee relations activities such as onboarding new employees, conducting exit interviews, and responding to employee inquiries.
• Assisting with benefits administration such as enrolling employees in benefits plans, processing benefit changes, and responding to employee inquiries.
• Assisting with payroll activities such as processing payroll, responding to employee inquiries, and resolving payroll discrepancies.
• Assisting with other HR activities such as updating employee records, preparing reports, and conducting research.

Skill Requirements for Human Resources Internship:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications for Human Resources Internship:
