Overview Human Resources and Employment Generalists are responsible for providing a wide range of services related to the recruitment, selection, and hiring of employees. They are also responsible for providing support in the areas of employee relations, compensation, benefits, and training. Detailed Job Description Human Resources and Employment Generalists are responsible for recruiting, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates for open positions. They must review resumes and applications, conduct interviews, and make hiring decisions. They must also ensure that all new hires are properly onboarded and trained. Human Resources and Employment Generalists are also responsible for providing support in the areas of employee relations, compensation, benefits, and training. They must ensure that all employees are treated fairly and in accordance with company policies and procedures. They must also ensure that all employees are aware of their rights and responsibilities. Human Resources and Employment Generalists must also stay up-to-date on changes in employment laws and regulations. They must ensure that all employees are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Job Skills Required

Job Qualifications
