Detailed Job Description Human Resources and Employment Generalists are responsible for recruiting, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates for open positions. They must review resumes and applications, conduct interviews, and make hiring decisions. They must also ensure that all new hires are properly onboarded and trained. Human Resources and Employment Generalists are also responsible for providing support in the areas of employee relations, compensation, benefits, and training. They must ensure that all employees are treated fairly and in accordance with company policies and procedures. They must also ensure that all employees are aware of their rights and responsibilities.
