A prescriptive two-year Development Journey designed to support your on-going development

You are geographically mobile for your rotations and final placement of the full-time program

Strong analytic capabilities, enabling you to leverage data to generate insights and drive evidence-based decision making.

6 – 24 months of professional work experience is preferred (include internship experience).

Previous HR experience is valued, but not required

You should meet the following requirements:

Proven interest in developing a career in human resources

An overall cumulative GPA of 3.4 or higher is preferred

Experience serving as an administrator for a Learning Management System;

You must meet all qualification requirements upon the closing date of this announcement.

Experience providing consultation to customers in defining e-learning project scopes, requirements, and deliverables; and/or

You must meet the definition of specialized experience.

Experience participating in computer-based training instructional design, content development, and project review.
