Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

7-10 years of experience as HR Business Advisor/Partner, Compensation and Benefits, Talent & Organization (HR) Consulting, or related occupation

Executive presence with strong verbal and written communication skills & proven experience influencing, coaching and counseling senior leaders

HR Business Advisor/Partner experience supporting organizational integration and frontline or field sales and servicing preferred
