Overview A Human Resources Advisor is responsible for providing advice and guidance to employees and managers on a variety of HR-related topics. They are also responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, as well as providing support to the HR team. Detailed Job Description A Human Resources Advisor is responsible for providing advice and guidance to employees and managers on a variety of HR-related topics. This includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and training and development. They are also responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, as well as providing support to the HR team. The Human Resources Advisor will also be responsible for conducting investigations, preparing reports, and providing advice and guidance on HR-related matters. Job Skills Required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in a Human Resources role
• Professional certification in Human Resources (e.g. PHR, SHRM-CP, etc.) is preferred
Job Knowledge
• Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
• Knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and training and development
Job Experience
• At least 3 years of experience in a Human Resources role
• Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
• Experience in conducting investigations and preparing reports
