Human Resources Advisor Senior Jobs in Colorado

Able to demonstrate strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills.

Broad knowledge of various human resources areas including benefits, employment, pay-related practices/process, and compensation.

3+ years of Human Resources experience, or related experience, ideally in a similar onboarding/HR Shared Services type role.

Excellent communication and customer service skills, and the ability to solve problems for employees and stakeholders at all levels.

Familiarity with HRIS a plus (SAP SuccessFactors, and ServiceNow experience ideal)

Degree in Human Resources or related preferred.
