The Human Resources Administrative Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resources department. This includes providing administrative assistance to the HR team, managing employee records, and providing customer service to employees. The Human Resources Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for the following duties:

• Maintaining employee records, including filing, updating, and retrieving employee information
• Assisting with the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and preparing offer letters
• Assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes
• Answering employee inquiries and providing customer service
• Assisting with the administration of employee benefits
• Assisting with the administration of employee training programs
• Assisting with the administration of employee performance reviews
• Assisting with the administration of employee disciplinary actions
• Assisting with the administration of employee recognition programs
• Assisting with the administration of employee surveys
