Overview:

The Human Resource Benefits Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resources department in the areas of employee benefits and payroll. This includes assisting with the administration of employee benefits, payroll, and other related tasks. The Human Resource Benefits Assistant will also be responsible for providing customer service to employees regarding their benefits and payroll questions.

Detailed Job Description:

• Assist with the administration of employee benefits, including health, dental, vision, life, disability, and other voluntary benefits
• Assist with the administration of payroll, including processing payroll, calculating taxes, and ensuring accuracy of employee records
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits and payroll
• Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy of data
• Assist with the preparation of benefit and payroll reports
• Assist with the preparation of benefit and payroll documents
• Assist with the implementation of new benefits and payroll programs
• Assist with the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to benefits and payroll
• Assist with the development and implementation of training programs related to benefits and payroll
• Assist with the development and maintenance of employee benefit and payroll systems
• Assist with the development and maintenance of employee benefit and payroll communications
• Assist with the development and maintenance of employee benefit and payroll websites

What is Human Resource Benefits Assistant Skill Requirements?

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Knowledge of employee benefits and payroll systems
