• Assisting with recruitment activities, such as posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Assisting with onboarding activities, such as preparing new hire paperwork and orienting new employees.
• Assisting with employee relations activities, such as responding to employee inquiries and resolving employee issues.
• Assisting with other HR-related tasks, such as maintaining employee records and preparing reports.
• Maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
