Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Hotel Administration, Business or related field.

Manage the reservation function to maintain highest possible room occupancy and average daily rate through suggestive selling by employees.

Ensure staff uses guest interaction skills. Reward employees who meet/exceed guest expectations.

Use mathematical skills to interpret financial information and prepare budgets.

Make business decisions based on production reports and similar facts, experience, and opinion.

Supervise Front Desk staff: hiring, firing, performance evaluations, training, and development. Schedule staff according to labor standards and forecasted occupancy.

You will implement and train on all McKibbon procedures that relate to cost control and inventory management.

3 years’ minimum experience in a hotel manager/supervisor position (highly desired)

The skills and experience to lead a team to consistently deliver exceptional guest service

You will support guest experience and satisfaction.

Previous housekeeping experience within a hotel

Experience working with major brands like Marriot, Hilton, or Starwood (highly desired)
