Trains housekeeping employees in professional knowledge and skills according to the departmental standards

Is polite, friendly, and helpful to the guests, management, and fellow team members

Advises manager of rooms requiring repairs

Able to perform all duties and responsibilities of housepersons, room attendants and public spaces attendants

Demonstrates excellent Guest Relations skills

Performs additional duties and responsibilities as requested

Possesses demonstrated problem solving skills.

Possesses interpersonal skills necessary in order to communicate effectively with staff, vendors and other departments.

Hours: 1.0 full-time, 80 hours every 2 weeks. PM shift. Benefits package available.

One to three years related leadership in Housekeeping Services.

Demonstrated leadership in a team related capacity desired.
