Maneuvers the spa with ease and grace cleaning all areas and collecting soiled laundry without distracting guests or team members

Uses the right tools to clean the floors and powder rooms daily

Excellent organizational, analytical and project management skills, with particular attention to quality and detail

Ensure departmental compliance with inventory control, loss prevention, risk management, safety, and security.

Strong leadership abilities, sound judgment, superior problem solving and decision-making skills

Demonstrate knowledge of job-relevant issues, products, systems, and processes. Be an expert in your areas.

Proactively seek guest feedback and liaise with other departments when opportunities present themselves ensuring a seamless and elevated guest experience.

Manage guest requests and own all complaints; resolve issues immediately and follow up to ensure the guest’s satisfaction.

Thorough knowledge of Food & Beverage outlet operations including foods, beverages, service techniques, and guest interaction.

Anticipate the guests needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests; resolve guests’ complaints and ensure guest satisfaction

Maintain complete knowledge of all food & beverage menu items, including liquor brands, beers, nonalcoholic selections available

Maintains complete knowledge of and comply with all department policies/service procedures and standards

Constantly increasing knowledge of food, beverages, and other products and services

Performs related tasks and functions as requested by manager
