Household Goods Specialist Jobs in New York

· Work with regulatory and testing organizations to ensure product complies with relevant regulations & licensor requirements

· Track and manage a large SKU assortment & stay on top of multiple projects running concurrently

Must have 2+ years of experience in consumer goods or relevant development and production experience

· Must be NYC based

· Able to work quickly and independently in a fast-paced environment (Multi-tasking & organization are a MUST)

· Proven ability to build cross-functional partnerships

Multiple years of prior experience supporting HNW individuals in a personal capacity

Managing the small team of household staff (and helping to hire additional staff)

Ad hoc project based work

Very high level of discretion

5+ years of professional working experience; ideally in data entry, logistics, operations, inventory or data management

Manage data and inventory by entering grading certificates and other item details on the jewelry into our proprietary database

A strong communicator with excellent verbal & written skills

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and communicate effectively with all teams

Flexible and willing to adapt to changing business needs and ability to manage multiple moving parts
