Detailed Job Description The Host Home Specialist is responsible for recruiting, screening, and matching individuals and families to host homes. This includes conducting background checks, verifying references, and conducting home visits. The Host Home Specialist is also responsible for providing ongoing support to both the host and the individual or family, including providing resources and referrals, monitoring the host home, and addressing any issues that arise. The Host Home Specialist is also responsible for ensuring that all safety and legal requirements are met, including ensuring that all host homes meet local and state regulations. Job Skills Required
