Job Description
At C Spire, we are customer inspired. Each member of our team is charged with delivering a world class experience to every customer. The Marketing Specialist, Home uses insights and data to develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotional strategies that achieve sales, retention, and other goals for C Spire Fiber. They collaborate closely with key stakeholders – including sales, creative, digital marketing and media, and research – to create and launch marketing programs. Responsible for executing and analyzing email, direct mail, and other marketing performance metrics while operating within an approved budget and managing spend. Attention to detail and ability to manage tight timelines is crucial in the role. This position reports to the Manager, Marketing Strategy - Home.
Responsibilities
  • Proactively manage customer communication contact pressure. Assist in prioritization of campaigns and work with others to develop high impact, effective messaging strategies. Be a team resource on messaging strategy and ensure that communications are strategic, personalized, and relevant for each customer.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to create and deploy successful marketing campaigns; create, prioritize, and present effective campaigns for approval; execute, optimize and report on results and impact to the business.
  • Coordinate and manage sales lifecycle communications to ensure sales leads and web traffic are created, sales goals are achieved, and ensure timely launch of initiatives across platforms.
  • Prepare reports on Home Services metrics and activities for ongoing marketing promotions and sales results. Analyze results and make recommendations as needed.
  • Support development and implementation of online, email and direct marketing programs to generate leads.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Additional skills including strong written, verbal and organizational skills; excellent planning and execution; strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. .
  • Minimum 2 years of marketing experience. Previous experience developing go-to-market strategies preferred.
  • Must be a self-starter with a strong work ethic and attention to detail who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field or the equivalent in related work experience
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS:
Must be able to sit for long periods and use computer keyboard and/or mouse while viewing computer screen. Some travel required.
