Perform other duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary by Management.

Assist in monitoring the guests’ needs and all phases of the restaurant experience

Oversee all aspects of restaurant during absence of Restaurant Manager and/or Supervisor

Maintain complete knowledge of all menu items, specials, liquor/beer/non-alcoholic selections available in the restaurant.

At least one year of experience preferred

Adhere to Pacifica’s Pure Stay guidelines to ensure the health, safety and comfort of our team members and guests.

Creatively brainstorm new promotional ideas with our marketing management team

Own the guest experience in any situation by using problem solving skills to WOW the guest

Has basic knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations

Displays excellent customer service skills as well as interpersonal skills

Work with a diverse team of enthusiastic people in a FUN and fast-paced environment to achieve company goals

Arrange reservations for customer services and follow up to ensure that the highest level of service is maintained
