Work closely with Supervisor and Manager of Travel to schedule and coordinate travel across workgroups.

Knowledge of travel booking systems.

Strong organizational abilities to handle multiple travel requests simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with Team Members, vendors, and stakeholders at all levels.

Handle food and beverage with the knowledge and care to prevent foodborne illnesses.

Keep managers informed of any need-to-know information.

Must be able to consistently access online scheduling software and stay in communication with the store managers

Knowledge of Food Safety Laws

1 year of customer service experience or more

Utilize in-house standards known to increase customer satisfaction and team efficiency.
