The caregiver is responsible for providing exceptional ADL services to a group of residents in an assisted living setting.

Personal services could include toileting, diaper changing, bathing, feeding and grooming.

The caregiver will also encourage socialization and participation in community activities.

Job-Specific Experience, Education & Skills

Manages the cleanliness of the lounge by wiping up spills, clearing and cleaning tables, and removing trash.

Ability to communicate effectively with guests regarding food offerings and basic Lounge information.

Display knowledge in and follow at all times, sanitation and sanitary food handling.

Must be able to obtain State Food Handlers Certification and Alcohol Seller/Server Certification.

1 Year hospitality/Guest Service experience.

Acknowledges everyone who comes in and out of the building.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Current First Aid certification, CPR.*

Learns participants (parents & child’s) and member’s names and uses them frequently.

Introduces participants/members to other participants/members and staff.

Assist with staff management, hiring, performance evaluations, development and growth opportunities

Coordinate and enhance time management for team

Ability to attain manager level food safety certification

6+ years of industry experience

2+ years of leadership experience

8+ years of previous food service experience in customer service role

Participate in trainings that are offered live and recorded.

Research and plan vacations while keeping in budget.

Ability to book flights, cars, all-inclusive vacations, events, and much more.

Access to training with all of our suppliers.

Effectively communicate with your clients.

Help your client with any vacation problems that arise.

Strong affinity to people management and able to effectively lead a team by example, inspiring people to be engaged and proactive

Embraces technology for team management and collaboration and motivated to adopt new and emerging technologies

Prioritize, delegate, execute, and support day-to-day tasking to ensure world-class guest experience and team accountability

Guide guests through the Sonder experience, ensuring they have an amazing first impression

Minimum 3 years of experience managing direct reports; hospitality a plus

Great communication skills, able to define clear action steps for their team members and effectively delegate

Restaurant, hotel, or winery experience a plus

Check in all guests with ease and patience

Add walk-ins and Insignia Tastings by assigning host and table

Refund tasting fees for new sign up’s that purchase required minimum of bottles

Help clear and reset tables to support Wine Educators if needed

1 year of related experience

Set-up conference room for scheduled meetings

Disassemble conference room and store furniture and equipment

Organize and distribute supplies to client employees as detailed in job requests

Monitor inventory of equipment and supplies

Receive catering orders from vendors
