This includes scheduling and coordinating services with contractors, providing estimates, and ensuring that all services are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner. The Homeowner Services Coordinator will also be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing general customer service. Additionally, the Homeowner Services Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all services provided and ensuring that all services are completed in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
