Maintains electronic Case Management (Client) and Provider Family Licensing Files for assigned providers in Extended Reach.

Quick Connect Orientation (Office of Licensing, Certification and Regulation- DES)

Provides Article 9 training and maintains certification as an Article 9 instructor.

Must obtain and maintain Article 9 instructor certification.

Must obtain and maintain CPR and First Aid certification.

Responds to vendor calls in a timely manner.

Knowledge of Human Services field, direct care services, individuals with developmental disabilities, basic teaching instruction requiring some advanced skills knowledge.

Minimum 18 years of age.

High School diploma or equivalent.

Valid driver's license. Reliable transportation, as required by program.

Position is located in Agawam, MA 39 hours

Monitor and surveil management of project implementation and program rollout tracking, communications, and reporting for internal and external stakeholders.

Utilizes knowledge of CSA, social services, and treatment modalities in presentations to FAPT team and public relations opportunities

Maintains knowledge of company accounting practices and procedures.

Two or more years of office experience; accounting experience considered a plus.
