Home Inspector Support Specialist Jobs

Ability to understand and retain knowledge of standard operating procedures

Ability to successfully complete on the job training and certification process

Basic PC skills are required (i.e., keyboarding skills, basic mouse usage, opening and closing programs and files using MS Windows)

Machine experience is a plus

Lifting boxes with electric pallet jack

Visually identifying and recognizing dangerous and prohibited goods

Opportunity to gain experience in the real estate industry and develop your skills as a home inspector.

Previous experience as a home inspector or in a construction related field is preferred but not required.

Knowledge of residential construction, building codes, and home systems is desirable.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.

Proficient computer skills and the ability to generate accurate and professional reports with Spectora software.

Available for ongoing training and skills improvement.

Do you have 2+ years of experience in conducting home inspections in a licensed or non-licensed state?

2+ years experience as a professional home inspector
