Responsibilities:

• Communicate inspection results and recommendations to clients in a professional and informative manner.
• Conduct comprehensive home inspections in accordance with industry standards and company guidelines.
• Identify and document any issues, defects, or safety concerns observed during inspections.
• Inspect various components of residential properties, including structural elements, electrical systems, plumbing systems, HVAC systems, and more.
• Prepare detailed reports that outline inspection findings and provide recommendations for repairs or further evaluations.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure the highest quality of service.

Requirements:

• Availability to work on a part-time basis, including weekends.
• Knowledge of residential construction, building codes, and home systems is desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify potential issues or defects.
• Previous experience as a home inspector or in a construction related field is preferred but not required.
• Must have basic home inspection tools.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Available for ongoing training and skills improvement.
• Proficient computer skills and the ability to generate accurate and professional reports with Spectora software.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
