Inspectify is not a lead platform. We are a comprehensive solution that connects home inspectors with vetted, qualified inspections to support your business growth. Our platform is completely free to join, making it easier than ever to expand your clientele and increase your revenue. With Inspectify, you can say goodbye to the hassle of lead generation. We partner with a wide range of real estate businesses to bring you high-quality inspections. There is no cost to join the Inspectify platform. This means if we aren't bringing you jobs or you are unavailable for a job, partnering with us costs you nothing. A 20% platform fee is deducted from certain inspection types if you accept the job while other inspection types pay a set price and have no platform fee. We model our pricing to target a pay rate of at least $100 per hour but can vary depending on the type of inspection.

While much of our order volume consists of full home inspections, we have a wide variety of inspection opportunities. We welcome interest from many types of inspection professionals. Whether you’re a home inspector, plumber, structural engineer, sewer inspector, or offer any other type of home inspection service - we want to hear from you!

Most inspections will require the use of our Inspectify app. Training will be provided during your onboarding call and we are here to support you as you begin to take inspection orders.
