7-10 years of business operations experience in consumer finance.

Ensure service delivery and provide optimal customer experience to dealer partners on and off-hours.

Establish and measure internal KPIs to enhance performance and improve partner experience.

Proven history of consumer lending business operations experience, preferably in the Home Improvement space.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives and competing priorities simultaneously.

Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.

Management Skills - Ability to organize and direct oneself.

Minimum 5 years of Construction, Production, or Installation Management experience

Partner with Sales Managers to resolve customer issues and deliver on customer experience

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a construction, business management or related field

Manage all production-focused and operational functions for the assigned region.

Manage region field operations and Staff to ensure efficiencies and optimization

3+ years’ experience in demand planning/supply chain management within the consumer products industry.

Strong communication, organization, project management and interpersonal skills.

Work with sales director on trade spend management. Input confirmed promotional plans into forecasting system.

Manage a collaborative weekly ladder plan and lead monthly forecast meetings with customers’ planning teams.

2+ years’ experience in a business analytics/financial role.

Experience managing alternative ship methods including Delivery Duty Paid (DDP), Direct Import and Port of Entry (POE) preferred

7-10 years of business operations experience in consumer finance.

Displays knowledge of and ensures compliance with Regulations E and Z

3+ years of experience in a customer service role or equivalent role

Experience with merchant and banking disputes preferred

Experience with Regulation E or Z strongly preferred

Motivated, self starter with problem solving and work prioritization skills

Drives the buildout and maintenance of procedures, reporting, and proper documentation of the dispute process

Support the integration of the BDR-HIs and BDS-HIs within their regions, and determine ongoing educational requirements.

In conjunction with marketing managers, and the segment services team, develop tools and promotional materials to increase brand awareness and sales.

Experience working with contractors and/or small business owners.

Knowledge of the Home Improvement segment and a demonstrated ability to direct a segment-focused sales team to build lucrative long-term relationships

Excellent analysis, planning, program development and communication skills, including demonstrated skills in large and small group presentations.

Drive consistent value-add usage of salesforce.com and Power BI.

Other duties or responsibilities as assigned by management.

Attend and participate in all required management meetings, including informing of sales progress and ideas for improvement.
