Team Leader to identify clinicians with the appropriate experience and skill set to match patient needs.

•Monitors Pending Referrals daily and assigns licensed professional (LP) and case manager for all SOC visits

•Reviews Unverified Visit report daily. Communicates directly with field staff, team leader, branch manager as needed.

•High school education or equivalent

•Minimum one year of scheduling experience in health care setting using an online scheduling system is preferred.

•Exceptional organizational, customer service, communication, and decision making skills required.

Communicates to management any information requiring further attention.

Anticipates management and department needs providing the appropriate support independently.

Requires use of electronic mail, time and attendance software, learning management software and intranet.

Completes 485 technical review and notifies supervisor and RN Care Manager of missing items.

Manage medical supplies, including ordering, inventory, storage, rotation, and expiration dates assuring visiting staff and patients receive supplies timely.

Independently performs data entry and retrieval in a variety of software applications and manual systems.

Providing education to patients and family members regarding their home healthcare experience

Providing an outstanding admissions experience for our patients

Communicating effectively with patients, family members, Case Managers, healthcare providers and co-workers

Understands the importance of a smooth and efficient admissions process and an outstanding experience for our customers

Is able to multitask and has excellent organizational skills

Has outstanding communication skills (written, verbal and non-verbal)

A minimum of 2 years of experience as a medical biller or similar role.

Must have the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Outstanding problem-solving and organizational abilities

In depth knowledge of healthcare industry billing.

Detail oriented with strong organization, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Obtains initial pre-certification or authorization for prescribed services as dictated by patient's insurance.

Verifies payers for coverage criteria and communicates any financial obligation to the customer. (when necessary)

Monitors several portals for incoming referrals to process timely

Works software tasks and workflows

Monitors emails and answers timely and efficiently

Answers incoming calls as needed
