Experience in educational assessment, curriculum development, high-quality instructional and assessment practices

Innovative mindset with a passion for improving educational experiences.

Organizational abilities to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Bachelor's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field

Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform decision-making.

Provide wellness coaching on: diabetes, nutrition, heart health, stress management, mental health, tobacco cessation, physical fitness, and more.

Support employees in achieving health goals through routine health screenings, knowledge assessments, and education.

Make improvements to existing wellness programs based on data and experience.

Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Excel, and Word or similar software.

Demonstrated experience in health and wellness coaching.

Health and wellness related experience such as nutrition and exercise.

Resort, Spa, Wellness, or Hospitality management or supervisory experience

Open to learning, developing new skills and professional experiences

Manage the department's payroll, timeclock edits, commissions, vacation planning, monitoring and rectifying any discrepancies

Act as a conduit between Guides, Experience Specialists, Providers and Guests

Perform all job duties In a safe manner and abide by all safety policies and procedures

Successfully complete all training and certifications needed for the position

Perform other duties as requested by management.

Employees must at all times be attentive, friendly, helpful and courteous to all guests, managers and fellow employees.

Create and manage programs and initiatives that address the physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual dimensions of health.

Must have bachelors degree in health sciences, or related, and nationally recognized certification from professional wellness organization(s).

At least 3 years progressive experience in a related field.

Must have prior experience managing wellness operations.
