Responsibilities

• Stay informed about current educational trends, research, and best practices to continuously enhance the school's offerings' quality.
• Conduct thorough reviews of academic curricula, instructional methods, and assessment strategies to identify areas for improvement.
• Analyze student performance data, attendance records, and stakeholder feedback to identify trends and areas needing attention.
• Collaborate to compile a comprehensive report summarizing strengths, areas of improvement, and research-based recommendations for strategic planning
• Develop comprehensive improvement plans based on assessment findings, incorporating measurable goals, actionable strategies, and timelines.

Qualifications:

• Experience in educational assessment, curriculum development, high-quality instructional and assessment practices
• Innovative mindset with a passion for improving educational experiences.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform decision-making.
• Organizational abilities to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field
• Familiarity with educational regulations, standards, and accreditation processes.
• Proficiency in using technology and educational software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
