Excellent credit analysis and relationship management skills.

Must have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college with a business, economics, finance or related degree or equivalent experience.

5 + years of business development experience in Community Association Industry (HOA)

Two - four years of experience in building and expanding new banking relationships is preferred

Knowledge of banking regulations, lending policies, procedures and techniques and well demonstrated understanding of loan risk factors a plus

Possess strong business development skills and demonstrate ability to build/expand trusting partnerships.

A minimum of two (2) years of experience as an on-site Community Manager in multi-family property management

Demonstrated proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and internet. Software experience, preferred

Ability to independently establish priorities, manages time effectively, and fulfills assigned objectives and projects

The Community Manager supports the Regional Manager/District Manager and supervises all community associates.

Strong leasing and marketing background as well as superior customer service

Ability to evaluate and fulfill community common area and amenity needs, attention to detail and dedication to maintain the community

Minimum two years of property management experience

Property Governance Issues: Handle governance matters with utmost diligence, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

Certified Community Manager (CCAM and/or CMCA preferred)

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Knowledgeable in plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, etc. (preferred)
