Directs the preparation of financial reports for management that clearly explain operational effectiveness, trends, and

Principles, practices, and techniques of community association and club management.

Administrative leadership principles and practices, including goal setting, program development, implementation and evaluation, and management.

Records management principles and practices regarding HOA governing and legal documents.

Knowledge of Governmental statutory requirements (State and Local) regarding the HOA.

If not already certified, obtain Certified Manager of Community Associations certification within 6 months of hire.

Oversee HOA management and maintenance by serving on all HOA boards and scheduling and attending all HOA meetings

Ensure that management companies secure an IRS ID number, open back accounts, and develop sales test

Organize, communicate, and schedule any and all HOA activities the division and/or the HOA manager is responsible for

Three to five years of related real estate experience and/or training

Prepare deficit funding requests and work with the Accounting Department and/or outside developer to collect needed operating funds

Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company

Maintain relevant working knowledge of industry practices pertaining to the full suite of products and services offered.

Provide support to Bank employees in all areas of Electronic Banking, Deposit and Treasury Management products and services.

Performs any other duties that may be assigned by supervisors or management team

Demonstrates high degree of professionalism in communication, attitude and teamwork with customers, peers and management

Understand and comply with requirements of all laws and regulations applicable to the position.

Assist in fulfilling the department’s audit requirements and ensure the implementation and completion of agreed audit recommendations.
