Take ownership and manage multiple files and / or programs

inimum three (3) years proven industry experience

Possess strong problem solving, critical thinking and analytical skills

Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills

Uphold GTS’ ISO QM and Quality, Service & Communication Standards

Meet and exceed Customer expectations

Experience with electronic health record or similar software program

In limited settings, may carry a selected caseload where there is a need for specialized continuing service/treatment

Interview clients and perform psychosocial assessment to determine problems and appropriate types and methods of service/treatment

Design and follow through on intensive long or short-term service/treatment plans

May provide supportive counseling and crisis intervention (not psychotherapy) using social work methods

Interpret and explain policies, regulations, and programs to clients and the public
