High school diploma or GED

Ability to respond to after-hours emergencies as necessary

Must be able to carry and/or lift up to 50lbs

Valid South Carolina Commercial driver’s license - Class “B”

Working knowledge of operating a front-end loader on a pipe crew or road/dirt construction crew.

Minimum of 2 years of direct experience in operating different types of front-end loaders.

2 years of years of commercial or heavy vehicle driving experience

Good knowledge of traffic laws and regulations

Assists in route scheduling and determination of pick up points

Arranges for truck and container repair and maintenance

Assures all recycling and solid waste areas are clean, fully functional, and operational

Learn and use interpersonal skills relating to good customer service
