Healthcare Services Administrator Jobs

5 Years’ experience managing employees in a clinic setting or equivalent preferred.

Minimum (1) year experience in social work, preferably in an LTC, SNF, or hospital facility.

(SSA) Social Services Assistant Job Summary & Qualifications:

Assist in collecting data for the development of discharge plans,

Collect data as it relates to the MDS and Care Plans for new admits

Assist residents and families with adjustment to changes, including room changes.

Document progress notes related to care plans

Minimum of 3 years progressive management experience in an acute care hospital food service setting

Other duties and responsibilities as necessary

Previous experience with computerized diet office systems is a plus

Promote and ensure the highest levels of quality and service to patients, visitors and teams within the facility

Ensure proper food and physical safety and sanitation

Develop and implement cost effective systems throughout the department

An onsite position-this is not a remote position

Proven experience in Citrix Data Center development

Microsoft Servers, Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, and infrastructure and server monitoring

4+ years of experience supporting and administering Windows environments.

Strong experience working with hybrid on prem/cloud/virtual environments.

Strong experience administering, upgrading, and supporting O365 environments and associated applications including Teams and SharePoint.

Experience spinning up virtual servers with VMware or Hyper-V.

Degree in IT or equivalent years of experience

Grants, budgeting, personnel management, report writing, presentations and strategic planning.

•Direct participation in the creation and management of short- and long-term operational planning.

Management of Professional and Support Staff

Comprehensive knowledge of Tribes, Federal and State laws and regulations impacting the operations of the Health Services

*This onsite position requires a candidate who possesses experience working with Tribes in a healthcare setting.
