Manage and be the main point of contact for a portfolio of cardiology practices end-to-end, from implementation to daily practice operations

Manage and lead a team of practice managers

Create and manage specific KPI improvement projects, implementing methodologies, establishing processes and driving behaviour change in practice

Assess practice operations on a regular basis, offering strategic and tactical advice with clear objectives and expectations

Manage up to 3 direct reports and 10 indirect reports

Oversee accounting support for facilities of varying complexity, including all SOX control monitoring

Perform monthly close in accordance with GAAP

Monthly Income Statement trend analysis and other preparation for review of financial reports with Operations

Ensure G/L integrity is maintained

Participate in initial input and assumptions for annual budget process

Establishes and manages effective ongoing communication with assigned healthcare clients to identify and address business needs.

Effectively manages healthcare client’s expectations regarding financial performance.

Performs other responsibilities that may be assigned by the CEO.

Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred or equivalent experience required.

3-5 years’ experience in a professional healthcare setting required. facility experience preferred.

Understanding of healthcare billing, finance and accounting principles, clinical documentation, and medical transcription and coding processes.

Experience in Outpatient, Ambulatory Care, or Health Center setting
