Develop, manage and maintain pipeline of candidates for all of Colonial Life’s 1099 roles by

Assist managers with the interview and selection processes as appropriate, focusing on training and development.

Demonstrated time management skills and acute attention to detail;

Generating and maintaining required recruiting reports requested by upper management.

Maintain a master spreadsheet with recruiting information, ie qualifications, special certifications, etc.

Assisting the Recruiter and hiring managers with recruitment operations.

1 year prior internship or work experience in an office setting

Possess professionally oral and written communication skills

Prior work experience in a fast paced environment with high volume transactions and management of multiple projects simultaneously.

Effective time management and prioritization skills, resulting in effective and efficient results and outcomes.

Candidate Relationship Management: establish relationships with candidates through appropriate correspondence.

Project Management: ability to plan, organize, track and deliver results by leveraging others and personal initiative.

Knowledge and extensive past experience with implementing workforce strategies and understanding workforce plans.

Ability to effectively manage the offer process, including providing salary recommendations, handling offer negotiations, and closing the deal.

Solid project management and organizational skills

BA/BS degree and/or MBA/MS in Accounting, Finance, or other related healthcare fields such as MHA or MPH

Professional certifications such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), or demonstrated progress toward such certifications are a plus

Strong Microsoft Excel and modeling skills including the ability to prepare and maintain models such as financial and operational models

Working knowledge of the healthcare industry preferred

Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to communicate with and present information to all levels of client personnel

Hybrid Schedule (MWF work from home) & Flex

Continuous learning through AIRS training/certification program, conferences, training, etc.

Previous recruitment experience, preferably within the health & science industry.

$50,000.00-$60,000.00 base / 1st year- $75-$100K, 2nd year- $100-$150K
